September 30th @ Wonderville: Welcome the Fall Solstice with an evening dedicated to love and music-- as Arp, Bryce Hackford, and Dominika Mazurová take over the decks as your trusty selectors.
Alexis Georgopoulos, known as Arp, is an artist with a body of work that encompasses kosmische atmospheres, minimalist classical composition, and left-field disco. Having released music on labels such as RVNG and Mexican Summer (which includes the critically acclaimed 2018 album "ZEBRA"), Arp's work has also been celebrated in art circles, with presentations at MoMA PS1, The Kitchen, and the New Museum, among others. His collaborations include work with visual artists like Tauba Auerbach and scoring commissions for high-profile names such as Chanel.
Bryce Hackford is an artist "concerned with sensuality" and the depths of electronic and experimental music. His work, such as 2022's "Cloud Holding" released on Futura Resistenza and "Safe (Exits)" on Spring Theory, showcase his innovative and unique approach to production and compositional technique. Besides his solo work, Bryce is a DJ's DeeJay. His attention to detail and dexterity within a given space always make for a memorable journey.
Dominika Mazurová, with her Mutant Radio and Last Saturday Dance residencies, always brings a free-spirited energy to her sets. Seamlessly blending genres and traversing international sounds, her careful curation evokes a sense of discovery as she navigates selections that always keeps the people moving. The free-spirited energy that she brings to her sets is not only infectious but also reflective of her dedication to the craft.
For this night of celebration and upliftment at Wonderville, expect the three to lock down the vibe, and welcome in the Fall Solstice.
