Have a game you’re working on? Want to get some testing and feedback? Show your prototype on our stream! No game of your own but want to see what game designers in NYC are cooking up? The more testers the merrier!
We’ll have 6 slots available for people to screenshare and demo their game for 10 minutes. After that will be time to talk and try out the games!
If you are showing a game, please have a build you feel comfortable sharing with testers.
Signups will be posted in the #playtest channel of our Discord on SUNDAY January 31st at 1PM! Presentation slots will be first-come-first-serve. If you don't get one, you can still post your game during the social time.
The event itself will take place in Discord and will also be streamed on Twitch.
Whether you started working on it last night or it’s one week from release, if you have a project or prototype you’d like to test, bring it to Playtest Night! Games can be analog, digital or anything in between. Nothing is too janky or too rough to be tested.
Testers and designers of all experience levels are welcome. There is no wrong playtester and the best playtests involve people of all different backgrounds and abilities!
This event is free but your donations allow us to keep these event open to all members of the community.
