Join the Brooklyn Paranormal Society for a spine-tingling evening of ghost hunting at Wonderville! Located in the heart of Brooklyn, NY, this historic location has a rich and haunted history.
Going back centuries, the land upon which Wonderville stands has a deep connection to the American Revolution, including the Battle of Brooklyn. The property was also home to a mattress factory during the late 1800s and early 1900s, a time when conditions for factory workers were grueling.
We’ll investigate the spirits of the workers who may still linger on the property, and hear eye-witness accounts of paranormal activity from past investigations. We’ll delve into the paranormal history of the area and uncover the supernatural stories waiting to be told.
More recently during the New York City blackout of 1977, Broadway was the epicenter and worst hit by looting, rioting, and violence. While the area was quickly rebuilt, and gentrified, does a spirit from the neighborhood from that era persist?
For this investigation, we will be using state-of-the-art ghost hunting equipment, including EMF meters, infrared thermometers, and EVP recorders. And to help us with the investigation we will have psychics, supernaturalists, and spiritualists on site, they will help us to identify and communicate with any spirits that may be present.
The investigation will include a brief tour of the property, and use of various paranormal investigating equipment. And don’t worry, we’ll be sure to keep the investigation light and fun, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy a cold pint and discuss our findings.
So grab a drink and join us on February 11th, 2023 at 2pm at 1186 Broadway Brooklyn NY 11221. Whether you’re a skeptic or a believer, this ghost hunt is sure to be a thrilling experience.
